With little ones, I try to plan two full days at the Magic Kingdom. This will allow you to see pretty much everything you want and even some attractions twice.

Here is my sample itinerary:
Day 1
7:15- Depart Resort
8:00- Arrive at Magic Kingdom for Extra Magic Hours
8-9:30- Peter Pan’s Flight, The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, Meet Cinderella, Meet Ariel
9:30- Meet Rapunzel
10-10:45- Barnstormer, Dumbo
10:50- Be Our Guest ‘lunch’
11:30-12- Seven Dwarves Mine Train, It’s a Small World, Main Street Trolley Show
12:00- Depart Magic Kingdom for Resort
12:30-3:30- Break at Resort
3:30- Depart Resort
4:15- Arrive at Magic Kingdom
4:30- Main Street Barber Shop
5-7- Meet Tinker Bell, Liberty Square Riverboat, Country Bears
7- Pecos Bills
7:20- Main Street Electrical Parade (view near Pecos Bills)
8: Wishes
*On nights when the parade is later, I do Tom Sawyer’s Island and the Magic Carpets before the parade

Day 2
7:15- Depart Resort
8:05- Crystal Palace
9-10:30- Under the Sea- Journey of the Little Mermaid, Dumbo, Barnstormer, Meet Daisy/Minnie or Donald/Goofy
10:30- Jungle Cruise
11:15- Meet Mickey
11:30- Depart for Resort
12-3:30- Break at Resort
4- Arrive at Magic Kingdom
4-8- Sleepy Hollow, Prince Charming’s Regal Carousel, Dumbo, Barnstormer, Mad Tea Party, Aloha Isle
