Hi, I’m so glad you’re here.
I’m a mom of three and a travel advisor—and I’ve been adventuring with my kids since they were babies.
From early road trips and flights with tiny humans to navigating travel with growing, energetic kids, I’ve experienced firsthand both the magic and the challenges of family travel.
That’s why I created this space.
I believe travel with kids doesn’t have to feel overwhelming. The journey itself—long drives, busy airports, restless little bodies—can be just as meaningful as the destination when families have the right support. This website is here to help families love the journey, not just get through it.
As an expert travel advisor, I help families plan trips that truly work for their real lives. And as a parent, I know that even the best-planned trip needs tools for the moments in between. Here you’ll find simple, thoughtful resources designed for traveling with young children—screen-free activities, calm-down strategies, movement ideas, and emotional check-ins that are easy to use on the road, in the air, or wherever your adventure takes you.
Everything I share is shaped by both professional expertise and lived experience. My goal is to support families with tools that reduce stress, encourage connection, and make travel feel more manageable—and even enjoyable.
Because when families feel calm and supported, the journey becomes part of the adventure.Enjoy the journey!

Below is my original “About Me” from 2016. For now, I’m keeping it just for the sentiment.
Welcome! My name is Laura and I’m a wife and mom to three beautiful small children.
My oldest is Madeline. Currently, she’s three years old. She loves all things nature and all things Mickey. She’s the “goose” in “glitzy goose”. As a baby she was super silly so we called her a silly goose and the name stuck with her.
Next is Catherine. She’s two years old is loves all things glitz and glam.
Braiden is the baby and was born 12/28/15. He took his first vacation at 9 weeks old when we drove from Chicago to Disney. His personality is growing by the day!
Having three kids in three years is absolutely crazy, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. This is my story.
